Tofino Bus offers express bus service with arrivals and departures from Tofino to Ucluelet (Murray's), Port Alberni, Nanaimo and Victoria. Tofino Bus picks up and drops off at Murray's Grocery in Ucluelet. Ticket sales can be made online or in person at Murray's 1738 Peninsula Rd Ucluelet, BC.

The Alberni Clayoquot Regional District is providing the West Coast Transit service connecting Tofino to Esowista, Ty-Histanis, Ucluelet, and hitac̓u. Two buses will be in service on weekdays; one on weekends, making 31 stops along the route. Service will begin at 06:30 AM (weekdays) & 7 AM (weekends), with the last trip ending around 7 PM.
